ATTUNEMENT & SOUND SESSIONS
Sound is the medium. Attunement is the practice.
How does music move you?
Through feeling. Memory. Sensation. Rhythm. Resonance. Imagination. Connection.
Across eight weeks, we'll gather with different musicians and sound makers to explore how sound meets the body, shifts our attention, and invites us into relationship with ourselves, our environment, and others.
Some sessions will be quiet and spacious. Others, more social and creative.
A space to listen, feel, move, and rest. Feel free to bring things to make your time as cozy as it can be, any creative projects you are working on, or just yourself. We’ll have tea from green muse herbs crafted for your rest and digest.
October 27 to December 15
Tuesday nights (6-9) at Burrow - 839 Fisgard

Arrive as you are.
Our nervous systems are continually receiving and responding to signals from within our bodies, our environments, and one another.
Attunement is the practice of becoming more perceptive of these relationships. Learning to recognize our own signals, honour our rhythms, and notice how we influence and are influenced by the world around us.
This awareness extends beyond ourselves, creating space for curiosity, consideration, and responsiveness in how we meet others.
Music is such a beautiful medium for community attunement because it gives us something to experience together without asking us to experience it in the same way.
Attunement helps us recognize our relationship with ourselves and the world. Music gives us a way to explore that relationship together.
Your presence is your reciprocity.
